Typhoon signal / black rainstorm warning arrangements

Imminent weather: When Observatory announced within the next few hours will be diverted to hang "8 or above typhoon", or to be given a "black rainstorm warning signal," During this time, all appointments will further arrangements.

After bad weather: When The Observatory within the next "8 or above typhoon" or "black rainstorm warning signal" Two hours later, all appointments will be back to normal.
